Autumn Fashion

The H & M Dress of the Moment

If you are an avid Insta Fashion Queen (all hail) You may have noticed that there's a bit of a buzz around the latest collection at H and M.  Many have commented that their newest AW offering is their strongest yet. The prints that are up for grabs are truly brilliant, in lots of sumptuous shades.  Everyone is loving the illusive poppy print, and of course their infamous tassel earrings are total #jewellerygoals.

This printed number is repeatedly sold out online, but I keep seeing it periodically instore. My advice to you all, is if you see it- grab it immediately without hesitation! This dress is made from a super soft and crease-free crepe material, which requires zero effort (just chuck it in the washing machine and go-no need to iron!) It has ruffle detailing, gentle tiers and a opening at the name of the neck, which I prefer to keep undone.

It also boasts wide, flared sleeves and is such a flattering fit! I was a little concerned it may look rather like curtains, but once you actually have it on, its incredibly contemporary. It can be worn with trainers for a casual finish, but I wore mine with my raffia kitten heels from Topshop (similar here)

I would classify it as a great transitional item- it boasts a plethora of autumnal shades, yet is as light as a feather so ideal for warmer days. I will add tights when the weather gets colder (God help us).

You may have noticed my bumblebee embossed straw bag. I am completely obsessed with this wicker tote, which I spied at the stunning Daylesford Farm Shop that I visited when I was in the Cotswold's last week (post coming soon!). I love the small size, and although arguably it is categorised as a summer staple, I'm going to try and get us much use out of it before the colder weather starts appearing! You can find an almost identical bag here. Bumblebees, creepy crawlies and insect embroidered motif's are massive this autumn, so don't be afraid to embrace the bugs life with your accessories!
