How to wear Pale Blue

Light blue is one of those colours that suits all skin tones- the icy shade is super flattering and gives a fresh, spring-like feel to your wardrobe. It looks fabulous with jeans, not to mention pale creams and blush pinks. Also, its easy to add in with your existing outfits; it looks great with not only denim, but white jackets, black trousers- the list is endless.

As its in the pastel family, it tends to have a free run in the summer months; and to me, kind of personifies sunshine! Weird I know.
I’m going to a wedding soon, and I love the idea of this gorgeous pale blue suit by ASOS. It looks so chic! Plus its super versatile- you can wear it as separates and create so many different looks.

Zara have a great range of cold shoulder and ruffle tops that would look amazing with jeans and high-waisted skirts. I am totally obsessed with this dress from H and M- it would be fabulous for a summer BBQ or party. My tips for wearing pale blue are to always try and stick with nude shoes (not black- its too bold and will wash out your pale getup) and where possible, add a white blazer. It’s a classic, simple look that will turn heads!
