Rosie Make-up: Cream Blusher Review

Everyone has a girl crush. I have too many to mention. However, one of my fave girl crushes of all time is the stunner that is Rosie Huntington-Whitely. What I love the most about Rosie’s beauty mantra is she has the most fresh, glowing skin.

"My philosophy with make-up is enhancing what you already have and feeling really naturally beautiful,"

She simply radiates the natural look, yet still looks flawless. No false lashes and contouring here!

When I heard about her new range with Marks and Spencer, I was instantly obsessed. Not just because her previous offerings with M and S underwear and perfume ranges are gorgeous, but because, you know.. .Its Rosie!

Anyway, I was most impressed to see that the range has eye-catching, rose gold packaging. It’s very similar in style to the Charlotte Tilbury line, and I was pleasantly reminded of this straight away. Granted, it isn’t cheap, but I think the price is perfectly reasonable for the quality- it has an instant, luxurious feel to it.

I could have quite easily brought the entire range, but instead I just went with what I needed- which is a cream blush.

Rosie Make-up

I picked up the English Rose Flush shade. First things first, its highly pigmented. You only need the smallest amount- the colour payoff is very strong. I added a little to my real techniques buffing brush and gently blended upwards. I have to say, it  really is the loveliest, warm toned shade ever- not to mention super flattering. I actually found it more of a warm apricot colour, as opposed to rose as the name suggests.

Its silky smooth and uber soft in texture, and feels totally weightless and seam free on the skin; lasting most of the day before fading. Cream blushes always give a more natural look to the skin, and this bad boy is no exception. It’s a great addition to my make-up collection, and I look forward to trying more!
